Join Helly Hansen’s Open Mountain Month with Shared Outdoor Experiences this June 2026

OSLO, NORWAY (2026) — In June 2026, Helly Hansen, the technical outdoor brand trusted by professionals around the world, invites communities to join Open Mountain Month – an initiative that inspires and enables people to get outside and embrace the outdoors. Now in its fourth year and starting the first of the month, a series of activations, events and content will encourage seasoned outdoor-goers and novices alike to experience the power of spending time in nature.

This season, the Norway-based brand highlights the impact of shared experiences and challenges, encouraging people from all backgrounds to get outdoors alongside family, friends and local communities. Whether it’s realizing personal potential, forming new bonds, overcoming obstacles or finding fresh inspiration in nature, these moments are made more meaningful when experienced together. Through partnerships with professionals worldwide – including mountain guides and search and rescue teams – Open Mountain Month 2026 offers experiences and educational resources that empower people to feel alive by connecting with the outdoors and with one another.

“Open Mountain Month is about creating the kind of moments you can’t replicate anywhere else – where time slows down, perspectives shift, and people reconnect with what really matters. At Helly Hansen, we exist to enable those life‑enhancing connections between people and the natural world, and this year’s experiences are designed to bring that to life in unforgettable ways,” says Brady Barry, Sr Marketing Director – North America at Helly Hansen. “Working alongside professionals we’re proud to call our partners, we’re opening the door for more people to access the outdoors with confidence – and ultimately, to walk away feeling more connected, more capable, and more alive.”
